Sydney, Australia

Here are my favorite shots from two of my most recent trips to Sydney while visiting relatives.

When: September 2007
Camera Used: Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX7

Manly Beach: I like how the trees look almost silhouette-like.

Sydney Opera House: Amazing architecture.

Darling Harbour: Took this shot just seconds before the sea gull flew away.

Lindt Chocolat Cafe: Love the Parisian feel in this photo.

Sydney by Sail: Sailing was SUPER fun! Our boat was slanted when I took this. Glad to know there were no sharks in the area.

Sydney by Sail 2: The blue comes out really nicely with the Party setting in my Panasonic. Although making this Sepia or B&W would look great as well.

Sydney Harbour Bridge: I enjoy taking against-the-sun photos because of the dreamy effect it brings; almost romantic/nostalgic.

When: December 2004
Camera Used: Sony Cybershot DSC-T1

Sydney Harbour Bridge: Had to take this quickly as I shot this while we were in the car.

Manly Beach: Colors in this picture are pretty, very summery. I made a copy of this but muted the colors a bit and it came out even better.

Manly Wharf: I like this photo but I think I like it more because of the kid and his mom than its photographic quality.

Bondi Beach: If I took this photo bird's-eye view, you would see countless sea gulls resting on the Lifeguard Station's rooftop.

Bondi Beach 2: Such a beautiful beach, but less intimate/cozy than Manly, in my opinion.
